John DiGilio is a senior manager and the National Manager of Research Services for Reed Smith LLP. Based in Chicago, he is a past-chair of the Legal Division of the Special Libraries Association and is currently the Association Treasurer. As an adjunct professor John has taught classes in Business Ethics, Fair Employment Practices, Legal Aspects of E-Commerce and Applied Research Methodologies. He is a well-known blogger, author, and speaker within the information industry as well as the Chicago food scene. John earned his JD from Pepperdine University School of Law and his MLIS from the University of Pittsburgh.
Sam Wiggins is based in London where he works as an Information Officer for Norton Rose Fulbright LLP. Since winning the SLA Europe/SLA Legal Division’s Early Career Conference Award in 2011 he has become heavily involved in a number of committees including the SLA’s 2013 nominating committee and the SLA Europe board. Outside of work and his SLA commitments, Sam arranges monthly LIS Twitter discussions via #uklibchat, mentors candidates for CILIP’s Chartership qualification and trains with his local taekwon-do club. Sam holds an undergraduate degree in History from Cambridge University and an MA in Librarianship from Sheffield University.
